ICUA YOUTH RALLY

DATE: July 11-16, 2011

LOCATION: Caldwell Idaho

High school sophomores and juniors whose parents or guardians receive power from ICUA Member Utilities are eligible to apply for the chance to attend this fun and educational week, filled with learning, swimming, volleyball, dances, good food, an opportunity to make lasting friendships, and receive scholarships.

Youth Rally expenses are paid by the ICUA utility that you will represent.

GENERAL PARTICIPATION RULES

Participation is open to all high school sophomores or juniors whose parents or guardians receive power from participating utilities.

All participants will agree to abide by all the rules of the Youth Rally and if failing to do so could be sent home at their parent's expense.

Youth attending will be interviewed and judged at the Rally for the Washington, D.C. trip and/or scholarships. Washington, D.C. trips and scholarships will be awarded at the rally. Attitude the entire week of the Rally plays an important part in the process and is part of the judging.
